What does the registration cost include?

The Weekend Registration cost includes transportation to and from the events, transportation to and from the airport, all meals, entrance to the conference panels, Friday night dinner, mixer, Saturday night dinner with keynote speaker, and Sunday lunch.

The Conference Registration includes entrance to the conference panels or partial panels for both days and includes lunch for Saturday and Sunday.

Why is there a late fee?

The late fee is meant to encourage participants to register in advance so that we can make the necessary catering, room, and transportation arrangements. Register early and avoid the late fee!

Can I just come for one day or one panel ?

Yes, you can attend for just one day, or just one panel however you will still be required to register and pay the entire conference fee (not the weekend fee).

Is there a specific hotel where conference attendees will be staying?

The official hotel for the conference is Hotel Zico in Mountain View. Attendees are more than welcome to get a room in the same hotel. Rates have been negotiated with the hotel for conference attendees.

What will the weather be like?

The weather in Northern California can be quite chilly during this time of year, during the conference we suggest dressing warmly. Time spent outside is minimal and all classrooms are equipped with central heating systems, however we suggest dressing in layers to adjust to your personal levels of comfort.  The weather for the weekend is projected to be around the low 60’s (degrees Fahrenheit) during the day and low 40’s during the evenings.

What is the Dress code?

There is no specific dress code for the conference however we suggest business casual wear.

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the San Jose Airport (SJC) on Friday. Preferably, do arrive before 4pm on Friday so that you can attend the mixer and dinner. We will also be providing rides to the airport on Sunday as well, please make sure to book your flights after conference ends. If you will be needing a ride, or will be needing transportation to/from the airport please contact us with your flight information and contact information so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Will transportation be provided to and from each event?

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotel to all conference related events.

How can I volunteer?

We always welcome volunteers! If you are interested in helping out during the weekend, please fill out the Get Involved form.
